.不可以是货运代理地址/航运
.不可以是中国账单或邮寄地址
.邮寄地址是否和账单地址匹配？
.订单消费金额是否超过$250?
.购买单个sku多个数量（目前认为5个或6个算是多个）
· No freight-forwarding addresses/shipping
· No Chinese billing or shipping address
· Does the shipping address match the billing address?
· Is the order amount over $250?
· Multiple quantities of a single product (I believe this is 5 or 6 that they have the quantity amount at right now)
